A $1,350 security deposit is required. $350 is required when the contract is signed. The remaining $1,000 is due when the rent is paid and you receive the keys.

The security deposit will be refunded to lessee if the building is properly cleaned. The building will be checked prior to set-up and after the lessee has departed. Should any damage occur, or the building has not been cleaned to the satisfaction of the rental manager, the deposit shall not be refunded. If an extra day is requested (either before or after), it will be charged at the regular daily rate. No glass beer bottles allowed.
