Our facilities are available for rent throughout the year with the exception of the month of June and first week of July. Please, contact the Fair Office at 812-372-6133 for further information or to make a reservation. You can also download the most recent rate sheet.

Grounds:  The fairgrounds consist of 80 acres of secured grassy areas with paved drives & some paved parking. There are approximately 25 structures, most are secured & have concrete floors. Three buildings are climate-controlled and available for rental year-round:  the Family Arts Building, Community Building and the Fair Office. The Pavilion is air-conditioned and available spring through fall. Other structures are also for rental including the Livestock Barn, Horse Arena and Grandstand. The entire fairgrounds can also be rented.
